Well, since my last post I think I have been to 2 doctors and still this ear infection is bothering me. The pain is gone for the most part but I still have a lot of blockage and lots of draining (pretty gross, I know). I am going back to the Ear, Nose, & Throat doctor today so hopefully he can either clean me out or just cut the darn thing off. Please keep us in your prayers as we finish up this school year and figure out what we are doing after this summer.

It seems that since we have been in Senegal one of us has always been sick. Well, I (David) have been sick with a bad ear infection (I thought only children got those) for a while now and it still seems to be lingering on though the antibiotics are definitely doing something. Then last night just before going to bed I noticed a little bump on my lip... Sure enough I woke up this morning with a bad cold sore. This all piled on top of being sick for several weeks just before our trip to Brazil. Don't worry I'm not really falling apart... Just getting this off my chest :). We do praise God that we have decent medical facilities here in Dakar and that we have very good insurance. None of our sickness has been serious (just irritating). I am just hoping that this ear infection will completely clear up n the next day or two.
