Thief In The Day
We were walking home today when we saw quite a little stir up ahead of us. Upon further investigation we found out that a thief had tried to get into one of the dorms and was caught. In Senegal if the guards catch you they beat you for quite a while (maybe until the police show which could be a long time). I caught a glimpse of the beating and it was not too pretty. Law enforcement here is a little different from back in the States and Canada.
